By working together with the regarding departments of the companies, our team provides legal support for the protection of computer software systems and programs and internet networks.

We advise our clients in fields such as intellectual property, licensing, hardware, technology transfer and outsourcing and prepare and revise certain agreements (e.g. software licensing agreements, mobile application development agreements). Information security agreements are also prepared and revised in order to prevent unauthorized access to computer systems and services, software and other programs, data leaks, and violations of information security.

In case of detection of data leakage risk or data breach, the source of the violation is determined by working with the IT department and necessary actions are taken to terminate the violation and prevent it from happening again.
